Posted by Sylvia 868 days ago. In the month of December I have. Run 51.5 km. Total Distance 117 km. Thats 72.7 miles. Distance since leaving Rivendell 590 km. Thats 366 miles in total. So, Im still on the Forest Trail. Its still 47 miles to the Enchanted River which is my next update point. Not surprisingly, its actually quite difficult to find images of Mirkwood that arent images of the more exciting bits still to come the spiders and the elves and the river. Posted in Walking. Im t.

Two Different Roads A Walk of the Imagination

This gets me to Marmara Ereglisi and beyond. Walked into Marmara Ereglisi today. In Roman times, it was named Perinthos and then Herakleia. 2000 years ago it was the capital of the Roman province of Thrakia and administered the tiny village that would become Istanbul.
