Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Opera is one of the greatest art forms mankind has ever created. Nearly all forms of high art come together to make one giant over-the-top show. Of course, the most obvious art is the music, but think about all of the other work that goes in to create the enormous spectacle that is opera. Being a musician in this setting is a unique experience, and being a brass player is especially difficult. So instead we adjust by playing everything incredibly so.
