Bereits während ihrer Zeit an der Kunstschule Hohenstein begann Nikola Schwarz mit der Acrylmalerei. Zunächst beschäftigte sie sich mit den unterschiedlichen Nuancen einer Farbe, welche sie getrennt voneinander mittels abstrakter Formen abbildete.
